SJB Floodlighting completed a significant lighting upgrade at the Queen’s Parade Sports Pitches.

The project utilized 36 Skyline Powertron Asymmetric LED Floodlights provided by Bell Lighting.

The new installation ensures high-performance, uniform illumination for all sporting activities. Deep and Shallow Shields were incorporated to precisely control light distribution, minimize horizontal light spillage, and enhance comfort for both players and the local community.

This transition from older technology to modern LED fittings offers several key benefits:

• Improved lighting levels and clearer visibility with a consistent 4200K colour temperature.

• Significant reductions in energy consumption, supporting sustainability goals.

• Lower maintenance costs due to the durability and extended lifespan of the fittings.
