SJB Floodlighting Delivers Energy-Efficient Upgrade for Braintree Hockey Club

SJB Floodlighting is proud to announce the successful redesign and upgrade of the lighting system at Braintree Hockey Club. Our team installed 12 high-performance

Philips BVP 528 floodlights, transitioning the club from outdated halogen technology to a modern, energy-efficient LED solution. The Philips OptiVision range is specifically designed for sports applications, offering high performance, uniform lighting, and minimal light spill.

This project improves the club’s facilities, reduces ongoing maintenance, and significantly cuts energy consumption, benefiting both the environment and the local community.

The project was funded through a combination of the club’s own resources and generous contributions from Braintree District Council and Indaver.

Braintree District Council provided funding through Section 106 contributions linked to nearby developments. They are pleased to support the ongoing improvements at the hockey club, which benefit numerous local residents who participate in hockey, football, and netball.

Indaver is proud to contribute to this initiative, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable solutions that support both the environment and the community.
